The team will be delivering their last training session of the year soon and so now is an appropriate time to reflect on how far we have come. The team placed their first defibrillator at Henwick iin October 2014 closely followed by the Kennet Centre in Newbury. As of November 2018 the team have 59 units directly and have helped place many more units indirectly. Since August 2013 we have trained close to 1600 people with at least CPR and defibrillator knowledge, if not more. And the team have educated thousands more via articles, talks and radio. This month alone the team ahve talked to 300+ school pupils about the importance of CPR and defibrillators.
